Lunchtime Botak drove me and Ed out for some Bak Kut Teh (Pork Ribs Soup). Seems quite famous and was shown on TV recently.
Spotted this parked at the roadside. They told me this bus ferries the crew around in the makan show.

We didn't bother finding out where they went.
Quite a lot of pple over at the Kopitiam ordering this Bak Kut Teh. Waited and waited and it finally arrives.
Liver (猪干)
Tau Pok (豆卜)
Pork Ribs (肉骨)
Intestines (大肠)
Good Soup (靓汤)

Power Bak Kut Teh (肉骨茶)!
Oh, and one little thing.. Do watch out for the chili padi (小辣椒) in your little dish of soy sauce (酱油), IT IS HOT!
