Lost some weight...

Shedding pounds.

I've been on a diet recently.

Now, two months down the road I've lost a total of 15 kgs.

Nope, I'm not gonna tell you how much I weight now. :)


  1. If you've managed to lose that much weight even after the stressful few weeks you've had with your job, I believe that's good-going.
    Keep it up. I should lose weight but can't seem to find the motivation.

  2. Well, it was not a strict diet.

    I just stick to 2 - 3 meals a day with absolutely nothing in between. And I've stopped taking almost all types of sweetened drinks. I used to guzzle an average of 4-5 cans of Coca Cola each week. I was practically addicted...

    ... I'm stopping here for the moment. Will make this a full blog entry soon. Realized I have quite a bit to say. :)
